Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lotus Packaging order. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Custom printed bags are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect
  • Pallet orders require pre-approval before return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@lotuspacks.com or call (618) 330-2785 within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  5. Drop off at any authorized carrier location

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@lotuspacks.com. Include photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for standard returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders over $500 returned due to customer preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed bags (unless defective)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
