Processing Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST Monday through Friday ship the same business day from our Greenville, Illinois warehouse. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard ground shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

• Midwest: 1–3 business days
• East Coast and South: 3–5 business days
• West Coast and Mountain States: 5–7 business days

Expedited 2-day and overnight shipping available at checkout.

• Free standard ground shipping on all orders over $500
• Standard rates apply under $500 (calculated at checkout)
• Pallet orders include free delivery nationwide (Continental US)
• Alaska, Hawaii, international: contact us for a quote

Tracking

Tracking number emailed when your order ships. Also available in your account.

Carriers

UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for pallets. We choose the best carrier for your location.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Contact sales@lotuspacks.com within 48 hours. We'll file a claim and arrange replacement or refund.
